WHEN TO ACT

Everyone wants AI. Few know where to start safely.

Staff are already pasting company information into free AI tools, while the tasks that really eat their time stay manual. We find where AI saves the most time, prepare your data so it is not overshared, and build assistants with clear limits and human approval.

01

Repetitive work fills the day

The same questions, emails, reminders and data entry take hours every week.

02

Enquiries wait for office hours

Website visitors and customers leave because nobody can answer them quickly.

03

Staff use AI without rules

Free AI tools are used with business data and no policy on what is allowed.

04

Copilot is not paying off

Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses were bought, but adoption and results are unclear.

Service scope

What the engagement can include.

We confirm the exact scope after understanding your current environment, priorities and constraints.

AI readiness assessment

Find the two or three tasks where AI saves the most time, and check your Microsoft 365 permissions so AI cannot expose files people should not see.

AI website receptionist

An assistant on your website that answers questions from your own content around the clock and passes qualified enquiries to your team.

AI inbox assistant

Sorts shared mailboxes, flags urgent messages and drafts replies for your staff to review and send.

AI IT help desk

A Microsoft Teams assistant that answers everyday IT questions for your staff and raises a ticket when a person is needed.

AI document and knowledge assistants

Answers staff questions from your own policies and procedures, and helps collect and check documents from clients.

Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout

Licensing advice, data preparation, training and adoption tracking so Copilot delivers measurable value.

AI usage policy and governance

A plain-English policy, approved tools, logging and a monthly review of what each assistant handled.

THE BUSINESS OUTCOME

A clearer, more manageable Microsoft environment.

  • Hours of repetitive work handed to AI each week
  • Faster replies to customers and staff
  • AI use that is secure, approved and measurable
A GOOD FIT FOR

Businesses that want practical ownership—not another tool.

  • Small teams handling high volumes of email and enquiries
  • Businesses already using Microsoft 365
  • Professional services such as accounting, legal and mortgage firms
  • Companies that bought Copilot and want better results
How we engage

Start small. Prioritize clearly. Improve with confidence.

01

Assess

Understand the environment, business need and highest-risk assumptions.

02

Plan

Agree scope, priorities, responsibilities and success criteria before change.

03

Deliver

Implement in controlled stages, validate the result and document ownership.

04

Improve

Continue monitoring, support and optimization where ongoing help adds value.

Questions before you begin

Clear answers before you commit.

We use the assessment to confirm fit, scope and dependencies before recommending a project or managed service.

Prepare your data for AI with our Microsoft 365 security checklist
Will AI replace my staff?

No. Each assistant handles one defined job, such as first replies or sorting email, so your people can focus on work that needs judgement. Anything sent to customers or involving money can require a person to approve it.

Is our business data safe?

Where possible we build inside your own Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, so data stays under the security controls you already have. We review permissions first so AI cannot surface files people should not see.

Do we need Microsoft 365 Copilot licenses?

Not always. Some assistants run on Copilot Studio, Power Automate or Azure services without a Copilot licence for every user. We recommend licenses only where they pay for themselves.

How do we get started?

With a short AI readiness assessment. You get a prioritized list of AI opportunities with expected time savings, the risks to fix first and a clear cost for each assistant.

Can AI handle regulated information?

It can, with care. For tax, financial or health information we use approved Microsoft services, limit what each assistant can access and agree the controls with you before anything goes live.
